Returns 

As my products are entirely customised and hand made by me to the specification of your order, I do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.   In such a case, items must then be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received; and must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds 

Once the return is received, it will be inspected, and you will receive notification within 2 working days on the status of your return. If your refund is approved, I will initiate a refund back to your original method of payment. Refunds would normally take up to 28 days.

Return Shipping 

Please send all items by recorded delivery (or an equivalent signed for service). I cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost or damaged once in the possession of the delivery service you are using.
